Let me just say this I have grown up with two older brothers so I always wanted to do what they were doing when they were doing it. Which is why when I was two I was photographed holding a basketball. I played soccer,basketball,and softball when I was a child and teenager even though I was more talented at soccer. I was not watching every soccer game on tv, but basketball? I sort of breathed and lived and watched basketball, the whole time.
I know see how much my niece at eight years old loves watching college basketball with my dad my brother and I at nearby college URI . I love seeing all the excitement in her voice and her darting, beaming, expectant eyes. I look down at her and think:
this girl is defenitly my niece.
